murahalot Banking: Deposit, Withdrawal and Account Wallet
This page covers every money operation your murahalot account supports — from putting funds in to moving them back to your wallet. We connect to DANA, OVO, and GoPay as the primary local payment rails for Indonesia; you will find each one listed in the Banking section of your account after login.
Adding funds to your murahalot balance starts from the Banking tab inside your account dashboard. We support DANA, OVO, and GoPay as verified local deposit channels for Indonesia — each one clears directly from your e-wallet to your account balance without needing a bank intermediary.
Log In and Open the Deposit Tab
Sign in to your account and navigate to the Banking section. Select the Deposit tab — this is where all available local wallet options are listed alongside their current minimum and maximum deposit amounts.
Select Your Wallet — DANA, OVO or GoPay
Choose the wallet you have registered. The page displays DANA, OVO, and GoPay as active channels. Select one and the deposit form will load with the transfer details your wallet needs to route the payment correctly.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type in the deposit amount within the range shown on screen. Review the summary, then confirm. Your wallet app will open or prompt for approval — complete the steps there to finalise the transfer from your e-wallet.
Balance Reflects in Your Account
After your wallet confirms the transaction, your murahalot account balance updates. Check the Account History tab to see the deposit entry and its reference number. Keep that reference if you need to contact Support.
MOVE YOUR BALANCE
Withdraw Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you want to move your account balance back to your e-wallet, the Withdrawal tab in the Banking section is where that starts. We route withdrawals to DANA, OVO, and GoPay — the same wallets you can use to deposit. Before submitting a withdrawal, make sure the wallet account you are withdrawing to matches the wallet account registered under your murahalot profile.
Open the Withdrawal Tab
Go to Banking in your account and select Withdrawal. You will see the wallet options available for your account — DANA, OVO, and GoPay. Confirm your registered wallet details are current before continuing to avoid a name mismatch.
Select Destination Wallet and Enter Amount
Choose the wallet you want the funds sent to. Enter the withdrawal amount within the range displayed on screen. The form will flag if your entry falls outside the current limits so you can adjust before submitting.
Complete Identity Verification if Prompted
First-time withdrawals require completed account verification. If your account is not yet verified, the system will redirect you to the verification step. Complete it once, and subsequent withdrawals will not require it again unless your details change.
Track Status in Account History
After confirming, a reference number is assigned to your withdrawal. Open Account History to monitor the status. If the wallet has not received the funds within the timeframe shown on the confirmation screen, share the reference number with Support.
IDENTITY CHECK
Account Verification at murahalot
Account verification is how we confirm that the wallet registered to your profile is actually yours — it protects your balance and makes sure withdrawals reach the right person. The process asks for a photo ID and a selfie so our team can match the name on your account to the name on your documents. You only complete this once.
Go to Verification in Account Settings
After login, open Settings and select Verification. The page lists the documents required and the accepted file formats. Read the requirements before uploading to avoid re-submissions.
Upload a Government-Issued Photo ID
A national ID card or passport is accepted. The name on the document must match the name registered on your murahalot account exactly. Upload a clear, unobstructed image in the format shown on screen.
Submit a Selfie for Identity Match
Hold your ID beside your face and take a clear photo in good lighting. This step confirms the document belongs to you. The selfie and ID are reviewed together — blurry images extend the review time.
Verification Confirmed — Withdrawals Unlocked
Once the review is complete, your account status updates to verified. You will see this reflected in your account settings. From this point, withdrawals to your registered DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet can proceed normally.
TRANSACTION MATCHING
Match Your Wallet History to Your Account Record
Every deposit and withdrawal processed through your murahalot account produces a transaction entry in your Account History. That entry carries a reference number, a timestamp, the amount, and a status label. When you compare this against your DANA, OVO, or GoPay statement, the amounts and timestamps should align within the window shown on your confirmation screen.
Reference Number
Each transaction — deposit or withdrawal — is assigned a unique reference number the moment it is initiated. This number appears in your Account History and in the confirmation message shown on screen. Copy it and save it alongside the corresponding entry in your DANA, OVO or GoPay app so you have both sides of the record if you need to contact Support.
Status Labels
Your Account History shows one of three status labels: Pending (the transaction is in the queue), Completed (the funds have moved), or Failed (the transfer did not go through). A Pending status that does not change to Completed within the window shown on your confirmation screen is the signal to contact Support with your reference number.
Account History Log
The Account History tab under Banking shows a time-ordered list of every transaction on your account. You can filter by type — deposit or withdrawal — and by date range. Use this when reconciling a larger set of transactions against your e-wallet statement at month end or after a period of activity.
Evidence to Keep
For each transaction, keep the reference number and a screenshot of the wallet confirmation from DANA, OVO or GoPay. If a transaction enters a review queue or shows Failed, these two items are what Support needs to investigate. Wallet transaction IDs from your e-wallet app are also useful if a reference number was not generated before an error occurred.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
Security and Trust on Your murahalot Transactions
Every banking action on your account — deposit, withdrawal, and verification — runs through a set of safeguards we keep active at the account level. These are not visible steps you need to manage; they run in the background on every transaction. What you can check and control is described below.
Domain Confirmation
Before entering account credentials or banking details, confirm the address bar shows murahalot. We do not operate mirror domains or alternate URLs for the banking section. Bookmarking the correct address and checking it each session is the simplest way to stay on the right site and avoid phishing pages that replicate login screens.
Identity Verification
Account verification matches the name on your registered profile to a government-issued ID. This step runs once and protects your balance by ensuring withdrawals can only be directed to a wallet that matches a verified identity. It also means Support can confirm account ownership if you ever need to recover access.
Wallet Ownership Check
Before a withdrawal is processed, the destination wallet — whether DANA, OVO or GoPay — is checked against the wallet details registered to your verified account. A name mismatch between your wallet account and your murahalot profile will hold the withdrawal for manual review. Keep your registered wallet details current in account settings to avoid this.
Support Access
If a transaction looks wrong or a status does not resolve, the Help channel inside your account is the fastest route to our support team. Have your reference number ready when you open the conversation — it lets the team pull the transaction record directly without back-and-forth. The support channel is accessible from the account menu after login.
LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS
Payment Methods in Your murahalot Account
Your murahalot banking section connects to the local e-wallet channels Indonesian players use most. DANA, OVO, and GoPay are the verified deposit and withdrawal rails on this account. Each one is listed in the Banking tab after login, with its current minimum transaction amount displayed alongside it.
DANA
Available for both deposit and withdrawal. Select DANA in the Banking tab, enter the amount within the range shown, and confirm via your DANA app.
OVO
OVO transfers connect directly from your OVO balance to your murahalot account and back. Registered OVO name must match your account profile for withdrawals to process.
GoPay
GoPay is available as a local payment channel for deposit and withdrawal. Access it from the Banking section; the transfer routes through your linked GoPay wallet.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Banking Questions We Hear Most Often
Below are the questions we see most frequently about depositing, withdrawing, and managing your account balance. Each answer reflects how the banking section actually works — not a general description. If your question is not covered here, the Help channel in your account connects you directly to the support team.
Which wallets can I use to deposit on murahalot?
DANA, OVO, and GoPay are the active deposit channels on your murahalot account. All three are listed in the Banking tab after login, each with a minimum deposit amount shown alongside the selection. Payment availability depends on local law and eligible regions in Indonesia.
Why is my deposit not showing in my account balance?
After your wallet confirms the transfer, your balance normally updates promptly. If it has not updated, check your Account History for the transaction entry. If no entry appears, copy the transaction ID from your DANA, OVO or GoPay app and contact Support via the Help channel with that reference.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on screen inside the Withdrawal tab when you select your wallet. We do not publish a fixed number here because limits can vary by wallet channel and account status — the live figure in your account is the one that applies to your specific withdrawal.
My withdrawal is showing as Pending for a long time — what do I do?
A Pending status beyond the window shown on your confirmation screen is the point to contact Support. Open the Help channel in your account and share the reference number assigned to the withdrawal. The team can check the queue status and tell you what step it is at without needing additional information from you.
Do I need to verify my account before I can withdraw?
Yes. Account verification is required before a first withdrawal is processed. The verification section is inside your account settings — upload a clear photo ID and a selfie for the identity match. Once verified, your account status updates and you will not need to repeat the process unless your registered details change.
Can I withdraw to a different wallet than the one I used to deposit?
You can change your registered withdrawal wallet in account settings, but the new wallet name must match your verified account name exactly. A name mismatch sends the withdrawal to manual review, which extends the processing time. Update wallet details before submitting a withdrawal, not during one.
